Following receipt of your notification approving my use of Mobile Deposit, I am authorized by you to use this service. In addition to my electronic application, my use of the service constitutes my acceptance of the terms and conditions of Mobile Deposit. I am currently enrolled in Online Banking and Mobile Banking. Mobile Deposit will become inactive after 365 days of non-activity. Daily and monthly check and dollar limits apply. I understand that this is a service provided by Lake Sunapee Bank, a division of Bar Harbor Bank & Trust, and acceptance is based on maintaining my account in good standing. Any returned items will be charged back to my account.
I further understand that if my account does not remain in good standing, I may be denied use of this service and would need to reapply to be reinstated. I may lose the privilege of using this service if I attempt to deposit the same check more than once or I attempt to deposit any check that does not meet the proper criteria.
